A K-Siman sent me a private message but when I try to open it the page says it's expired.
Hi there,
I appreciate you reaching out, and thank you for sharing your experience while working with QuickBooks.
We've looked into this matter, and I can see that someone from our team is taking care of this issue. I recommend giving a reply to the private message you received as they will troubleshoot the link from there.

Yes, I am having lots of issues! They have been holding on to my funds for over 10 days! No one ever has a valid explanation as to why. When I call in, they put me on hold forever or just hang up. It's unreal!!!
Having the same issue now in 2023. Over 2,000 has been held up since November of 2022. No one seems to have an answer. Long wait times just to be hung up on or to be told they will auto call me back. However, without a set time, I can't be near the phone all day without a set/scheduled time to speak. It has been 5 months and I have not received feedback on 3 different payments from a client. QB... this is not acceptable.
They have done that to me for 6750.00 no explanation or anything I’m contacting the lawyer as well
Realmad, I appreciate you for reaching out to the Community forum. I'll share information about this matter.
We frequently review payments to make sure everything is accurate. Don't worry if you discover that a recent payment you accepted is on hold. It does not imply that there is a problem but rather indicates that we must review the payment. Usually, it takes us two business days to finish our assessment, then complete the payment processing.
If payments are taking longer than usual, they may not be on hold. For new QuickBooks Payments users, the first few payments take longer to process while we set everything up. Learn how long it takes to get customer payments into your bank account.

Here's your answer...don't use Quickbooks for your financial transactions. They withheld a payment of more than 20k for over a month. It caused major problems for me. They gave me a variety of possible reasons for this, but most representatives I spoke with could not provide me with the ACTUAL reason so I could avoid it in the future. I got no traction calling Payments Support. They stonewall you, and tell you there's no one else with more authority to talk. They simply say they will escalate the issue.
Here's what finally seemed to get some traction....
Make a formal complaint with QuickBooks.
Insist (if possible) that your case is elevated to "Tier 3".
STOP using Quickbooks for financial transactions if you have a small business like me, and can't easily weather problems like this.
I hope this helps. Sorry for your trouble.
I forgot to mention that Quickbooks reps tried to tell me that the reason for the problems in transferring my money, was an internal processing issue with my bank (it wasn't). They charged me a processing fee of several hundred dollars for a transaction that wasn't going through because of their internal processing issues with my bank. I had to push for a reimbursement of that fee, which was given to me in the form of discounts to my QB subscription costs.
So many stories of gross mismanagement. Incredible a company operating like a criminal enterprise is capable of thriving despite being a company run BS artists.
I have been recording every phone call I have with them. It is alarming how bad their customer services is and I have proof! I suggest that everyone should record their conversations. I have a feeling they will end up in court some day. Their actions are indeed criminal!
I have. I just made my second invoice with this terrible platform. Once I finally receive my money I am immediately canceling this joke of a service. Not to mention i was paid on a Friday just to find out you can’t even contact support on the weekend smh. Why would I voluntarily pay to have some jerkoff company hold my earnings and keep hostage from me instead of using literally any other money service that would have those funds available immediately when paid by a customer? F**K quickbooks and anyone who would agree that their services are anything but outdated and obsolete. There’s literally five companies that I can think of off the top of my head that would immediately release those funds when being paid by a customer. Apple Pay, Venmo cash app PayPal ect. Fool me once shame on me. When I initially signed up for it all over their fax feed says payments are distributed three times a day 9 AM and 2 PM and 9 PM. Come to find out that’s all a crock of Sh*t. Until you’re established with them. F**K quickbooks period. Now trying to post this reply, and they’re already censoring my feeling toward them.
I signed up for QB online advanced and it has been a nightmare. Like you, they have held our funds for 14 days! I did a couple of $1 transfers to make sure everything was alright before doing month end transfers for all of our customers. First I got a "delayed" message. I called and they said because it is the first large ACH pull it would take a few days. Then I got a "withheld" message. Even though I have Priority Circle access and I pay extra for QB Bookkeeping Live I got NOT get anyone on the phone yesterday to help me with this issue. Three hours on the phone with the call center and they promised to have a supervisor call me -- no return call. I logged into Priority Circle and scheduled a call back for 5:45 pm. No call back. It feels like a scam -- they are holding our funds. They sent me a link saying they need additional information (why didn't you request this at the time I signed up for QB Online Advanced?) and when I go the link it requested my driver's license. I uploaded it. Then I got an email the next day saying they needed "legal documents" ! What legal documents! The issue is still not resolved.
I totally understand that receiving the payment in a timely manner is very important to everyone, especially for small business owner, CodoniX. I'd like to redirect you to the best support group available to verify why direct deposit is on hold.
I know you've already called in about the same issue. However, the nature of your concern requires access to your account which we can't discuss here in the Community for security reasons. Yes!! I am having a problem right now! The transaction was processed on Monday June 25,2024 and I still don't have the funds transferred to me. I was told when I signed up for this service the I would receiver funds within 24 hours. Customer service is NOT giving me a valid reason for the delay. All I get is that "a delay can happen and it gets resolved within 3 to 5 days. This has been 5 days. I got confirmation that the funds were taken from my clients bank account and QuickBooks Payments sent me a Authorization number bit still no money!!
All I get is the same stupid answer from the agent. When asked to speak to a supervisor I either get silence or that they are busy helping other customers or, Ill get a call back. Today is Monday July 1,2024. My initial call to merchant services was on Friday June 28th. I still haven't gotten a call back!!!! I am frustrated and REALLY annoyed. It's bad enough I have to pay a ridiculous amount to this company for the privilege of using their program to operate my business then to have them contract me for a service and NOT provide what they described to me!
