Then, to use the Mobile Time Entry feature in the QuickBooks Workforce (QBW) app, employees need permission from their admin or manager. Otherwise, the employee can receive an error message when attempting to clock in.
Here's how to grant the permission:
- The admin can go to the web dashboard and select My Team.
- Open the profile of the team member, and click on Permissions.
- Enable the Mobile time entry option.

However, if the option is already turned on, ensure that the employee accepts the two different email invitations for them to clock in on the app (one for QBW, another one for QBT).
