I need to get a download of the My time app 1.2 0.444 for Mac... where can I find a link to download?
Good evening, @comoltd.
Welcome back to the Community!
Use the Punch Time Export or Manual Time Export to download historic time data from one QuickBooks Time account and upload it into another using a CSV.
Note: If you don’t have the CSV export available in your QuickBooks Time Reports, please reach out to support to get it added.
3. Choose the filters you want.
4. Tap Download Report.
Review this guide for some additional details: Export or import data in QuickBooks Time.
I'm only a post away if you need me. Have a great day!
What I am looking for is the application download for My Time version 1.2.0.444... I have an older version of Quickbooks and need to use it to track some time - the newest version of My Time does not work with it.
Hi there, comoltd.
Currently, the available installer on our website is for version v1.3.x. Please know that we no longer provide installer for older versions. That said, you'll have to source it from third-party providers. Also, ensure to choose a website that provides safe downloads. Look for reviews and user experiences before trusting a website.
For now, you can use QuickBooks Time to integrate it with your QuickBooks Desktop Mac to manage your workers’ timesheets. For more details about the integration, open these articles:
Feel free to post here again if you have any other questions about the integration or downloading versions in QuickBooks. I'm always here to help.
This is not a solution to work with QB desktop for Mac Pro - there has to be a saved version on your server.
I have searched for a download to the older MyTime and can not find one. I have spent thousands purchasing Intuit products over the years and what I need is the ability to use software I purchased. What Intuit did was create an update which basically took my ability to use purchased software to no longer be used and then preventing me from going back to a previous version once I found out the update basically rendered my version useless to me without being forced to purchase a subscription. Intuit basically stole my ability to use software I purchased as a stand alone, tricked me in to being forced to purchase a subscription for services I don't need. My Desktop for Mac stopped working for me when Intuit updated software... that to me is theft. Now, Intuit is refusing to provide me with the ability to use what I paid for as standalone.
I may have to contact legal representation to solve this problem... I only want to be able to use what I paid for. There is no doubt in my mind Intuit can provide me with an installer.

stuck in a similar situation right now can't get 2024 to talk to My Time
Quickbooks told me the application isn't theirs, however I have a thread which clearly shows it has been. I was told by Intuit upgrading to the newest Mac Desktop version would not have an effect on "MyTime" but the fact is it quit, I lost the ability to update lists and when I tried to import time already there it failed.
I had to revert to the previous version of Quickbooks and then had to manually record three weeks worth of time and try to figure out what other updates I had done to QB - took me two days in total to get it somewhat back to where I was before Tech Support told me there would be no problem.
This is the second time Intuit has screwed me over with updates that completely trashed my books... very frustrating. I will just keep using what I have until I can find another accounting software that will do the job. They have monopolized this software and even when I paid for a desktop application, want no more updates, they have forced me to pay their years subscription yet provide no support.
yes this all aligns with my experience including the run around with them claiming my time wasn't their app as well lol. i also had 2021 which broke the my time connection with the last update they released
I was totally happy with my paid Quickbooks and never needed an update. That said they convinced me it would be a good idea except once I updated my old Macbook wouldn't run the software. Long story short I bought a new Mac, loaded the update and then found out MyTime quit working when I updated it.
Of course turns out they no longer allowed one to download the old app as they said it wasn't theirs. What they have done is forced us to make a change, then after we made the change told us you have to have an online subscription to use the software.
Then, they said they could no longer provide the software I purchased as it was no longer supported... basically a scam and now they have us captured via what could be considered illegal.
I purchased their software and told it was mine to use... but no further updates would be available - which I don't care as only basic functions are used - and, those functions worked fine.
The version I got to work with MyTime is V21.0.11 R12 - but like I said, I had three weeks worth on time imported, invoices created, accounts reconciled, and when I reloaded the older version had to open a backup from three weeks prior. Took me a week of time to get back to a semblance of where I was.
Also, I am running the Mac Desktop version requiring a yearly subscription or it will quit... I find that bordering on criminal and have half a mind to file a claim with my attorney.
what version of mac desktop does this version of my time work with?
looking at having to recreate all the records for the last 2 weeks over here too
I am using a mid-2015 Macbook Pro, OS is Monterey 12.7.6. - I also have kept my older Macbook as I have a client who has files built in QuarkXPress... so I have even older software on it as I can't see buying an application used once every two years.
But the mid-2015 won't run some features in Adobe products som may have to buy a M1 chipped machine. Am semi-retired and hate spending thousands every year to stay current.
what version of quickbooks?
Quickbooks Mac 2022
Version V21.0.11 R12
I was on the phone for 3 hours yesterday getting handed over to one Tech after another... I told them I wanted to just go back to my non-subscription version of QBs and use version 1.1.f349 of My Time. No one, and I mean none, knew anything about "My Time" in their PC or Mac Support areas. I was then told that My Time isn't an Intuit application though they provide a link to a page where it is a copyright Intuit My Time. They kept repeating it wasn't their software... my response was well if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, has your copyright, and link for the Intuit website... then you are the duck. I was told I needed to communicate with the 3rd party vendor to get more information about how to find an old version of "their" My Time. I asked... who is the developer and no one had a clue. So, they broke my QBD for Mac 2020, tricked me in to buying a subscription which has cost me thousands since, and then to top it off... have an upgrade to my software which when downloaded and installed caused My Time to stop working... AGAIN! So after two weeks of recreating invoices and adding time and dealing with Tech Support who have no idea of how to solve the problem I still have no clue who the developer of My Time is. I am busy for the next week dealing with hurricane crap but once I get through this I am going to contact the Florida Attorney General and my Congressman... maybe they can get some answers out of Intuit. I have read probably a hundred posts from people in our boat and Intuit business practices is getting to really bother me. I am not one to take this treatment lightly and believe as a business owner it is my responsibility to go after companies who intentionally mislead and force people to buy more product by rendering their software useless.
yeah it’s definitely theirs i believe they stopped updating it when intuit released quickbooks time but they are not the same and also it requires a separate subscription on top of it
not sure if u saw this but they released an update yesterday so my time works on 2024 now
