Anyone else have clients complain that recent ly emailed invoices for QB do not have the pdf attached? it was working as recently as 1 week ago or less but not today!

Anyone else have clients complain that recent ly emailed invoices for QB do not have the pdf attached? it was working as recently as 1 week ago or less but not today!

It's a pleasure to see you here, @kohort44. I'm here to help you get that pdf attached to your invoice email right away.

 

You may have turned off the PDF Attachment option from the Accounts and Settings page. The steps below will ensure your success in activating that setting:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon and choose Accounts and settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. Click the Edit icon next to the Online delivery section.
  4. Mark the PDF Attached checkbox.
    Capture.JPG
  5. Select Save and Done.

Anyone else have clients complain that recent ly emailed invoices for QB do not have the pdf attached? it was working as recently as 1 week ago or less but not today!

We also had this issue. Seems that it was turned off automatically around the 10th of Nov. for us. This solution resolved the issue but this shouldn't have happened automatically without notification. These kind of things affect our businesses!
