Customer payments withheld

We know that this can be alarming, mark364. No worries, I'll share why the payment is withheld and how to resolve this matter.

If your customer's payment is withheld, it means that it's on hold. It usually happens when the system reviews the transaction before transferring the funds. It's a crucial process that benefits both the payor and the payee for a safer and seamless transfer.

Meanwhile, upon review, you'll be notified at the email address registered on the Merchant Service Center if there are any issues with the deposit.

Whenever you receive an email, please check it immediately. This notification provides specific instructions to resolve the issue. It may also require additional security information before proceeding.

Once everything is all set, the payment will be further reviewed and processed within two business days. For more information, please check this article: Why are my Funds on Hold?
