Error when creating customer statements

If you bothered to read our earlier posts, we have reached out to the customer support team. I do it every month when I run statements and it takes me close to an hour to select the customers I need to print.  Before this "update", it took about 10 minutes. IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE IT USED TO!!!

Not sure if you are talking to me or support.  I am well aware that it does not work, and NO ONE IS LISTENING.

For anyone who has read my previous posts, yes this is a total waste of time.  I believe and it is only my opinion they are not going to fix this problem for whatever reason they have. It is unfortunate, and by this thread should tell them that this is extremely unacceptable, but yet here we are years into it.

Error when creating customer statements

The workaround that seems to be working is under each Customer, Additional Info, Customer Type then assign them a type . assuming you don't really use that feature?  If you have more than the 4500 it won't let you run statement like it used to however if you assign current customers a type in here then try to run statements limited to that "Type" it should allow you to do that.

I know a bunch of people been having this issue. . Does everyone utilize the Customer Type field for something?  Can you limit your statement runs by customer type?  Perhaps create a new customer type so can run statements like it used to ?  I know P.I.T.A but maybe something to try .

Good luck !!

We use our customer type for other reasons already.

This solution makes no sense.

If we have to change the customer type for all customers that need a statement, and then have to change them back and again next month, this would create even more work on our end.

Well yes obviously if you are already using it for something else then that work around won't work.  If someone is not currently utilizing that for anything then perhaps is a valid work around.  That is the fix I came up with for us.  lol  Obviously it's not going to work for everyone.
