@AileneA, the poster refers to the qb checking fee. you know, when you transfer money to an external bank acc..
So what you’re saying is that if I open a QuickBooks cash account and move money from there to my bank there’s no fees I have to pay? If someone pays me from an invoice, does that remove fees on the transaction?
Hi there, Artman2.
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Let me discuss some details about processing fees using the QuickBooks Cash account. Then, ensure you can manage fees on each transaction.
Yes, there's no fee when transferring money to or from your QuickBooks Cash account. However, there are charges for withdrawal, balance inquiry, and foreign transactions.
On the other hand, a payment processing fee is another way of transactions. With this, when you use QuickBooks Payments to take payments from QuickBooks, there's a charge fee each time you process a transaction. Then, fees depend on how you processed the payment.
You can open this article to see further details about various payment processing fees: Standard Payment Fees & Rates.
Lastly, you may refer to this article to view steps on how you can check when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

I have set up QB checking. I got the QB card. Reading this article tells me nothing about how this set up avoids processing fees. Do I need to include a payment link with each invoice?
PS-automated system will not recognize my birthday so as yet, the card has yet to be activated, but onward we go.
