Once you're all set up, feel free to follow these steps in transferring money out of the QuickBooks Cash account:
Go to the Cash Flow menu, then choose QuickBooks Cash.
Select Transfer money, then click Move money between your account.
Enter the amount you want to move to your external bank account.
In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
In the To field, select the (+) and then choose your bank account.
Hit Finalize transfer to complete the process.
