How can i create 10 to 15 invoices in one time

Creating multiple invoice at once is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced, alnasgroup7.

This feature lets you create multiple invoices and also to send them all at once. You'll want to consider upgrading your subscription to have this kind of option.

Check this article for more information: Create and send multiple invoices in QuickBooks Online Advanced.

If you're referring to creating the same invoice for multiple customers, check this article: Create the same invoice for multiple customers.

How can i create 10 to 15 invoices in one time

I use QBO and QBDT. Does QBO have a "Save and New" button so I can create new invoices for different customers like the DT version does? It seems like such a simple thing, but instead, I have to go back to Dashboard each time.

Yes, QuickBooks Online (QBO) has the Save and new button, @Lightingshrink. This way, you don't need to go back to the dashboard each time you create new invoices for different customers. I'm here to guide you how.

There are five available options to choose from when you create an invoice. You can select whether to Save, Save and send, Save and close, Save and share link, or Save and new. You can locate the Save and new option by selecting the drop-down arrow beside the Save button. For the complete steps, here's how:

  1. Go to the + New button.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. Input all the necessary invoice details.
  4. Click the Save and close drop-down arrow beside the Save button.
  5. Select Save and new.

I've attached screenshots below for your reference.

After that, the system will automatically save the current invoice details. Then, it'll provide you a blank one without closing the screen. This way, you can continuously create another invoice for a different customer.

You can design and personalize your invoices in QBO the same as the desktop version. To create attractive and professional-looking sales transactions, you can customize them. For the step-by-step guide, kindly check out this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. It also contains steps on how to turn on online payments for invoices in Step 5.

I'm also adding this article to learn more about the comparison between QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop: Online vs Desktop (Go beyond desktop with QuickBooks Online). It also contains answers to the most frequently asked questions about importing and syncing data between the two software to name a few.
