If you're accessing QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) through a web browser and is having unexpected issues, open your account in a private browser. Most of the time, the data in the cache is the reason.
Use any of the following keyboard shortcuts to launch a private window:
Once logged in, try to create an invoice again. Check to see if it works. If yes, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
However, if you're using the QBSE mobile app when creating an invoice, I recommend checking that device operating system is up to date. It can help ensure that the invoice feature is working properly.
To know more about how the invoice feature works, check this article: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Thank you, but my question is regarding the Go Payment app, not QBSE. I have researched my question extensively in the on-line help guides. I have not found an answer. I also have been entirely unable to speak and/or chat with a representative from Intuit who can help me with Go Payment. When I called, a pre-recorded message directed me back to the help topics. Very strange that a company as successful as Intuit does not want to speak with their customers.

I'm also including the process on how to reach our support team on the phone, so you can reach support without any additional hassle.
