This error happens when the Quantity on Hand and Reorder Point are left empty for these items.
To proceed, open your CSV file and input the necessary information in the designated columns. If you have no quantity on hand or reorder point for those products, please enter zeros (0).
However, if you're getting the same issue after modifying your file, I recommend performing the process through a private window to narrow down the result. The procedure can assist in removing any cache-related issues that may have caused the problems. You can save time by using either of the following keyboard shortcuts:
If it works fine, return to your default browser and clear the cache to refresh the system. However, if you're getting the same experience, try using another compatible browser to narrow down the result.
