The bank that I have connected to QBO is FirstBank in Aurora, Colorado.
I am not getting any error messages.
The web browser I am using is Chrome. I tried logging in incognito, and then clicked on the Update icon, but that did not work to get the missing items.
I also tried using Safari, and that also did not work.
Lastly, I tried the solutions in the link at the end of your email, but none of them worked
I have no idea why I have a bunch of items that did not come over. They seem to all be from June and July of 2020.
