May I know which specific bank you've connected to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Are you getting any error messages? Any additional information will be much appreciated.
In the meantime, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) issue.

I have a workaround for you, to get those bank transactions showing up for you. If you have specific charges not showing, you can upload these with a .csv file.
First, you'll prepare your .CSV file. Here are a few tips:

Now that you've prepared your .CSV file, you can import bank transactions from the .CSV file to QuickBooks.
