MY ONLINE BILL PAY OPTION HAS DISAPPEARED FROM PAY BILLS PAGE WITH QB ONLINE and I don't have the option to chat with a tech any longer only a bot that doesn't help.

Have you tried using another browser or a private window? Unexpected issues in QuickBooks are sometimes affected by the amount of data stored in the cache. This is because the regular browser will constantly overwrite itself and will remove history unless done manually.
The incognito mode will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
Clearing the cache can also help resolve browser issues in QBO.
If you already tried this, and still getting the same problem, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. If you subscribed Bill Pay from a third-party website, you can contact them first and check with them if there's any ongoing issues with the processing.

For now, there's no ongoing issue about being unable to see the Bill Pay option. If you encounter the missing Bill Pay option, it could be the cache full of history, and temp files caused unexpected behaviors.
I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
If it works, I suggest clearing the cache of your regular browser. This clears the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
If the problem continues to occur, I suggest contacting the QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do it here in the Community. That way, they'll be able to investigate the cause of the problem.
Please know that if you subscribed to Bill Pay from a third-party website, you'll have to contact their support team as mentioned above. They can check if there are any recent issues on their end.

Does it actually integrate in to Quickbooks
I have lost the go on line to pay bills
I have to go to a seperate melio website to pay bills no int her actual Quickbooks program
I had melio working for two weeks when I started my new online account
but now it has disappeared from an option in Quickbooks to pay online
I have a melio account seperate that has Al lay bills etc but I liked it integrated in to Quickbooks
I have the same issue. I spent the whole talking to various QB support folks and they are so clueless. They keep telling me to call Bill.com when we don't even use them. It shows how proficient these idiots at QB are. I wish they would hire some talented folks who are willing to listen to the customer and try to solve them instead of transferring the call to various teams. The biggest joke is they system displays a number to call which cuts you off right after announcing that you need to chat with the idiots at the tech support. the tech support after few hours will tell you to call the same number which you just dialed. You are in an infinite loop forever. If any of you have solved this issue please let me know that would be a great help. Yes, I agree that it is a big mistake using QB online or desktop. Beyond that any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
