I'm here to share some information about viewing the 1099 forms, dsidles.
Let's make sure that the link they used to log in is not expired. If it's beyond the time frame, you can resend an invitation.
Afterward, let them log in and check if they can now access the form.

Let me know how it goes on their end. I'm just around if you need help!
My vendors have not received the 1099 in the mail that I paid for you sending. I am receiving calls. Did they get mailed as per your details?
Thank you,
I'm happy to see you here in the Community, @RebeccaALS.
You've got me here to share information regarding when your vendors can receive their 1099 forms.
When inviting a contractor to enter their W9 information, they can create a QuickBooks Self-Employed account for free. This way, they can securely share their tax info with you and view the 1099 form after you've filed them.
To learn more about this process, please see this link: Learn how your contractors can add their own 1099 tax info.
Moreover, customers who have submitted their 1099 E-File forms will receive a confirmation email approximately a week after the IRS accepts and confirms submissions. The date may vary from the day you sent the form.
After you submit the 1099-MISC to the IRS, your contractors will get an email when it's ready for download. Let them select the link in the email to sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
They can sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed to view or print your 1099-MISC.
To do that:

What is the process for getting 1099s sent by mail to vendors if there is no email setup for them? Supposedly when I sent 1099s electronically QuickBooks was supposed to also send them out by mail not just invite to view electronically. Several of my vendors still have not received their 1099s in the mail. Why have they not been sent out?

I'll share some insights about 1099 forms.
When you file the 1099 forms with us, we also take care of mailing a printed copy to your contractors. If they didn't receive a copy, there might be issues on their end. I'll suggest contacting our support team to check your account and identify the root cause of it. I'll show you how.
1. Go to the Help(?) icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
2. Press the Talk to a human menu and enter the issue/topic.
3 Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
4. Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
I'll add these links for more reference about managing your 1099's and to file your payroll taxes:

This is the 3rd year in a row that vendors have stated they have not received their 1099's. The service I pay for says that they will be mailed. I repeatedly get vendors asking for a copy which is very time consuming and frustrating. If the service says copies will be mailed, then that means physical mail and not just a downloadable copy. Most vendors will not use the QB portal because they already use QB and it creates a conflict that won't let them set up a new account. I have the same issue with employees. Please send the 1099s.
This is not the impression we want you to experience, judi3.
I've checked here on our records and we have an ongoing investigation where contractors have not yet received their "view your 1099" emails. Our engineers are working together on the permanent fix. Please be aware that e-filings for contractors are moved in batches. After the customer submits their 1099 e-file the forms take three separate paths:
This means there may be some time difference between when the small business submits their 1099 filing and their contractors begin receiving 1099 e-mails to view the form online. To add you to the list of affected users, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. Then, they'll send you an email notification on the update of this issue. You may send a message via chat, call us at a time convenient to you, or we’ll get in touch with you instead. To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST. See our support hours and types for more details about this one. Here's how:
