To start, let's connect the Square bank account. I'll show you how.
Also, please note that the app enters the item for product and service names in imported transactions. To avoid manually changing the name, I'd suggest importing them.
Once done setting up, you’re now ready to connect your Square account.
After the transactions are downloaded, I'd recommend reviewing and adding them. For more details, please see Step 3 in this article: Connect your Square Account to QuickBooks Online.
Aside from the Connect to Square app, you can also integrate Sync Square with QuickBooks Online. To avoid duplicate transactions, please use one of the apps.

Thank you for your response. Per your instructions, I integrated QuickBooks Online to Square. I only received the payments of invoices and they were entered in my Undeposited Funds. The import did not show who the customer was or the invoice number....only the payment. I need to have the actual invoices imported so I can see who the customer is and the invoice number. I use the "Receive Payment" to mark when invoices are paid. How do I import the actual invoice...not the payment into Quickbooks? I have attached a file to show what I am referring to.

I'll share some information about Square and QuickBooks integration. To confirm, were you able to download the Sync with Square app? If not, here's how to do it.
Once you're done connecting the app, QuickBooks automatically downloads your Square transactions. You'll get a daily email summarizing the downloaded transactions for the past 24 hours. You can also go to the Sales or Expenses tab in QuickBooks to see what was downloaded.

I'm happy to point you to the process of syncing Square process in QuickBooks Online, Kathy07.
QuickBooks will automatically get your transactions processed through Square and will be imported as an invoice. In the Sync-with-Square process, on the other hand, your sales are imported as invoices, and the payments are imported as payments. These transactions are visible on the All Sales page. Then, when your bank downloads them on the Banking page, you can just match them. This will be your setup going forward.

My QuickBooks is connected to "Connect to Square" app. It shows connected, but I have not seen any transactions downloaded since 9/14/21. The "Sync with Square" app does not show up in Find Apps. So at this time, my QB's is not "talking" to Square. Do I have to start all over...where do I go from here?

This issue could be browser-related. The stored cache can affect the performance of the program. To resolve this, I'd suggest logging in to your account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's a problem with the browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Once signed in, check if the transactions are downloaded. If it does, clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.
I'd also suggest using other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
If the issue persists, let's disconnect the app. Then, reconnect it again.
Also, please note that if you haven’t processed anything in over 15 days, you'll not see transactions until the day after you process a transaction using your Square account.
