I am on QBO Simple Start. My credit card was charged for the 1099 service. I see the list of 1099s in my 1099 dashboard.
Is there something else I have to do?

My status says Accepted for each 1099. Is that the same as Received by IRS?

This 1099 filing status error is likely caused by the browser. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this. Start by pulling up your account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
Once signed in, go to Taxes and then choose the 1099 filings tab to view the status of your e-filing under the Status column.
If you're able to do so, return to your default browser and clear its cache. After that, log out and then log back into your account. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues.
However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. Then, contact our Customer Care team to further investigate this matter.

Follow Up 1/22/2024 - Called QB help. Took 49 minutes and two reps but the problem was resolved. The rep remoted into my PC and she suggested I file again, which I did with the same result. I asked her to just credit my charges and I would have my accountant do them and she obliged. Low and behold, two hours later, the status showed up as all 1099's filed! Obviously they made some corrections on the backend that I am unaware of. So a shout out to Kavivah for taking the extra time and thought into getting my problem resolved.
@voyage2014 Did your matter ever get resolved. I am in the same boat and with one day left till the due date I am very concerned. I have reached out to Intuit several times now but still nothing.
I see your response.
Have your contractors received the 1099s ?
Kavivah I would appreciate if you can help me as well. I am tired of calling and messaging customer service with no results.
Thank you @voyage2014 this post saved my life. I shared it with rep Bryan and my returns are now filed and accepted by IRS. What an ordeal!
No, not yet. I’m concerned.
