I had this charge on my bank account, TAX DEBIT PAYCYCLE INC. I don't know what it's for, I pay for the online and the simple payroll and pay those charges separately. I can't find anything online and when I search the charge thru the intuit/quickbooks link nothing comes up. Does anyone know what this is from?? It's a weird amount too $77.64. We don't take online payments either so it's not from that. Thanks for any help.

I looked at that and it wasn't matching those charges. I will contact customer care just wondered if anyone might know off hand. Thank you.
Google search. PayCycle, Inc. provides online payment services. The Company offers payment, filing assistance, payroll management, workers compensation, and accounting services
It has been a division of Intuit since 2009. It could be your payroll subscription. Odd amounts may be due to sales tax.
I had this same problem. I can't get in touch with anyone that can explain this charge so going to the bank to report it tomorrow.

I have been trying for MONTHS to obtain an explanation via all the avenues identified above. No one can explain these funds extracted from our accounts by QBO
Thank for jumping, usersusan2.
I can see that my colleagues had already provided the possible ways to check your charge online and reference that talk about the charges on your statements. I recommend contacting our QBO Payroll Support to check this further. They have the tools on their end.
Let me know if you have other questions in mind.
I had forgotten to reply to to other people about this. I called and talked to someone and they were nice about it and really helpful. But in the end it was a legitimate charge and from them not taking out the full amounts of taxes for our unemployment tax. So for me it was the difference I owed. I compared tax payments and actual withdraws to finally find it. Lots of math lol, anyway hope that helps and makes some sense.
That’s really great to hear! I’d love to be able to reconcile my accounts. I’ve had several of these as well… any suggestions on where to start? If they are being short paid, why wouldn’t it automatically load into Quickbooks when they make the payment, like the others? So many questions!!
which tax accounts are being short paid?
thank you!!
Hi info1579,
Thank you for getting back to us. I will have to route you to our QBO Support regarding your concern so they can review your transactions. It's hard to pinpoint where the issue is if we don't have visibility into your transactions.
Speaking of reconciliation, I'm going to share an article with detailed steps to guide you through it: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. It also has a video tutorial.
Let us know if you have other any other concerns. Good evening!
Something that I find seriously lacking with Intuit is the fact that no one seems to know what is going on. Here you have a forum question regarding a charge from a company that is affiliated with Quickbooks/Intuit and yet the only answer you get from support in this forum are the talking points. No real answer(s) just a scripted answer.
