My QuickBooks checking account was on hold How can take off hold on my QuickBooks checking account?

I'm here to assist you with your deposit account on hold concern, @alaskan_native_9.

Did you receive a message from us regarding your QuickBooks Checking account? If there's an issue with it, you'll receive an email from Intuit. That includes detailed instructions on what additional information is needed to complete our review. To resolve this quickly, please submit any requested documents as soon as possible. You'll want to look in your Spam folder and check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us. Here's an article for more details: Find Out Why Funds are on Hold.

You may also reach out directly to our Payments Support team. One of them can review your account and check why it's put on hold.

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.
