I have another account where I have access to company account file, from that account I am not able to login to QBO. I received a reset link by email but after I click, the page takes me to login page not the password reset page !
How to reset the password then ?
I want to make sure you're able to change your password so you can get back to your business, @Emad.
We have different ways on how to modify your password in QuickBooks Online. Instead of using the email address, you can use your phone number if you still have to access it.
First, when you're at the QBO login page, here's how:
2. Type your phone number, then hit Continue.
3. Enter the 6-digit code, then choose Continue.
4. Complete the following prompts to retrieve your password or reset it.

If you are still unable to sign in, you can send us a request to recover your account. Once you get back into your account, you can use the steps in the section above to change your user ID or email if you want.
Additionally, if you've exceeded the maximum number of attempts to sign in and are locked out of your account, contact us during our support hours for further help.

Thanks for the steps. i am still not able to recover it. Possible i have not provided my mobile number and it is not saved in QBO.

I know you've already tried changing the password via email, but let's try it again using an incognito or private browser. This way, you'll be able to update the information without contacting our QuickBooks Support Team.

thanks for the reply with different way to resolve but unfortunately it also does not help.
After i click on reset password link I am not getting the reset screen. Kindly see screenshot attached.
Also,I got a reply from customer service that says "
Your QuickBooks Account Recovery Request, case number [removed] has been declined.
After researching, we are unable to find any information in our records linking your name to that account associated with either the User ID or Email address you provided. In order to protect the privacy of our QuickBooks users, User IDs and e-mail address must match, as well as be shown in our system to belong to that particular customer by way of name and physical address. Since we were unable to find any matches, we are unable to make any changes to this account.
Is there a different User ID or e-mail address that you would have used for your QuickBooks account? If so, please submit a new e-mail change request with that information."
when i try to sign up using this email address, it says "email address already exists"
so what to do now ?

Seeing that you're still unable to reset the password to recover your QuickBooks Online account, I recommend getting in touch with our live support. This way, you can provide them the User ID and help you reset the password.

Because a glitch in your software is preventing me from resetting my password, QuickBooks has effectively blocked me from accessing my accounting data. WITH QBO BLOCKING ACCESS TO MY CLIENTS’ (AND MY) ACCOUNTING DATA, MY BUSINESS FAILS.
IT HAS BEEN THREE DAYS AND YOUR STAFF HAS DONE NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
As a CPA, I am going to file complaints with the IRS, and Washington State Attorney’s Office that you have refused to fix your software glitch and prevented me from doing my tax and accounting work.
I will let the Washington Board of Accountancy and the Washington Society of CPA’s know of this criminal act by QuickBooks.
I am also contacting the WSJ and other business publication to inform them of this inaction on QuickBooks to release my accounting data and the extreme danger this poses to ALL other users of QBO.
I will also tell my clients to get out of QuickBooks as fast as possible lest they get locked out of their accounting data also.
The CSR who was “handling” my case is nothing but a liar.
