Anyone else having problems with Bank of Hawaii connecting to Quickbooks? Our won't connect for over a month now. I have contacted support 3 times. Done all the screen sharing, and troubleshooting tips, and all 3 times told yes we are aware of it and it is being escalated to being fixed. That I am not the only one. But I have never received an update. I contacted and was on the phone with support for over an hour again a few days ago, and exact same thing. How much longer until we can access? How do I know for sure this is being worked on and not over looked when it has been a month with no email updates about it. Anyone else? Please help. Thank you!

Direct connect is listed as an option in QB for bank of hawaii. After calling BOH online services, they confirmed they don't support the direct connect, only the web connect. If thats the case they should remove the direct connect option for the bank of hawaii from the quickbooks options.
I called BOH and talked to inline services. They confirmed that the the direct connect does not work, is not enabled despite being listed in the QB possible connections. They told me that only the web connect feature was available for bank feeds. Thats logging into my online account and downloading a QBO file. That works fine, but really wanted to the direct connect connection.
