I am trying to change the bank account information that my direct deposit for my payroll comes out if. When I go to change it, the bank account still needs to be verified apparently. When I click on "Verify", the box comes up to put in the 2 small verification transactions. The issue is, once I put in these verification amounts which I have from my bank account, and error message comes up saying "Error 30114: Verification has not been issued for this account". I don't know what to do. There is no option that I can find to request that the verification be re-done to my incorrect account that is currently set up by asking QB to debit my bank account again for the 2 small amounts so I can then try and verify the bank account with these new amounts. Once I verify this account, I can then change it to my correct direct deposit bank account. I either need to do that or figure out how to just remove the bank account all together somehow so I can then add and verify the correct bank account. Thank you!
Let me route you to the right department, MaceeH.
You encounter this error message when you're trying to complete the Direct Deposit set up without having the bank being verified. When setting up a new bank account, there will be random two test debits that will be posted on your bank statement.
We have two ways to resolve the error:
In your case, though, the test debits already appeared on your bank. I suggest reaching out to our payroll support so an agent can take a better look at this. Here's how:
Once it's fixed, you can already update the bank account for Direct Deposit.
You're always welcome to post in the Community if you have other payroll concerns. We'd be happy to work with you again.
Please help me to verify my account please!

When you say "verify account" may I know what specific goal you're trying to achieve? Any additional information will help me make sure that I can provide you with the best resolution.
I've also attached these articles below about entering test debits and setting up direct deposits.
