Hi there, @jhoffman.
If the account number refers to Direct Deposit (DD) payroll, you'll need your existing Intuit Account and the DD payroll pin before changing it.
Here's how to update it in QuickBooks Account Maintenance page:
The bank account where DD paychecks and fees will post to must be updated in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) when doing a bank account change.
For more details about activating your new DD bank account, you can check out this article: Change your direct deposit bank account for QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.
If you're referring to the bank account associated with your QuickBooks account, then you can update your bank account by logging into our CAMPs.
We have updated a better way of contacting support, you can do this by messaging an agent. Also, please check out our support hours and contact us at a time convenient to you.
If you have any other questions, I'm only a reply away. Have a great one.
