Join nowI have followed every workaround for IN-48422, including a clean reinstall of QB Desktop 2021. Does somehow out there know of a solution? I have to get DD activated right now.
Hi there, @daniep.
I appreciate you for following the workarounds suggested by our engineers. I've checked our report and the INV-48422 status is still In Progress. With that said, our engineers are tirelessly working on this Direct Deposit activation concern to get a permanent resolution.
I believe that you've already called in with our support. So, I'm sure you've been added to the list of the affected users. Once any news and updates are available, you will receive an email.
Once resolved, you may visit this article for the Direct Deposit activation detailed steps: Set up your company payroll for direct deposit.
I've also added articles about some troubleshooting steps in processing payroll and other topics.
Let me know if you have follow-up questions. I'm always here to help. Thanks for waiting.
This issue has been ongoing for several months. So, please don't say your engineers are working "tirelessly" to fix it. Better to simply say Direct Deposit is not a current option for Desktop users. In fact, honest and timely updates would go a long way toward keeping customer loyalty. Instead, we are given the same responses over and over.
