I am trying to reactivate my desktop subscription and my screen has a spinning wheel forever (15 minutes!) This is the second time I have tried. The first time I waited almost 20 minutes before hitting refresh which of course just took me back to the beginning. How long does this usually take?
And why couldn't I change the credit card on file? I'm lucky in that it is still active, but I have a better card I want to use.
