Locked out of my account because "they say my subscription expired". I want to argue that is not the case. It keeps referring me to online support but I cannot access support if I cannot get into my account. Nobody wants to personally talk

I use qb self employed app on phone to track my mileage and personal and business expenses. its time to do taxes with Turbo tax and my information will not transfer with an expired or invalid account. What's a man to do?

Hello @drob1765 ! I'm happy to report that all impacted accounts have been restored and you should be able to login to QuickBooks Self Employed as normal.

I still cannot get into QB self employed app. It is still saying subscription expired. It has not even been a year. It should not expire till March or April. I cannot access my expenses I kept in 2020 for Turbo Tax. My username is [email address removed]. Please help

I still cannot sign in. Telling me account expired. Mine should not have expired till March or April

Let's resolve this account expired error you're having, @drob1765.

 

The error with customers with complimentary QuickBooks Self-Employed account showing as subscription expired is already resolved. Since you're still having an error when logging in to the account, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support. They can further isolate the issue you're having in a secure environment and help you resolve it. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click the Assistant button at the top.
  3. Type Talk to human at the chat box.
  4. You'll now be provided with support options that is available at that time.

That's not a true statement, here it is May 21st.  and I am still not able to get into my account.  I have been bypassing the system so no worries, it's as fast as Quickbooks Payroll.

Let's get you to the right support team who can check your account in a secure environment, Sammy d.

 

Since our engineering team had already fixed the issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Live Team. They can pull up your account and verify the status of your subscription so you can sign into your account.

 

To get in touch with them, please use this test account, QuickBooks Self-Employed Test Drive. Then, follow these steps on how to contact them:

 

  1. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.
  4. Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.
  5. The wait time for agents is about 5 minutes.

Once everything is back, please clear the browser's cache and cookies. It'll help delete odd histories on your web pages. 

 

To have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use a supported, up-to-date browser.

I have just been locked out of my Quickbooks program and told my subscription expired, yet was able to log into my account and can see that both my Quickbooks 2021 Pro subscription and my payroll subscription are active and that my payment methods are up to date!  Come on Intuit, you can do better than this!  I need access restored ASAP!   Please contact me directly at [email address removed]

One possible reason for this error is that your billing info isn't synced to your QuickBooks Desktop. I'm here to help you.

 

It's great that you verified that your subscription is active. On your QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Help menu, hover over Manage My License, and select Sync License Data Online

 

Also, make sure you're using the most updated version of the software. Check this link on how to update it: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

 

If this error persists, I suggest you install and use our QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub. This fixes company data and network issues. You also want to restore your product and license file.
