Hello there, @JBodeBooks.
I appreciate you for performing some steps to fix your issue about. Allow me to step in and help ensure the new price rule will come up on the invoice.
You'll want to make sure that the Rate column has been included in the Custom form styles template. To verify, follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Custom form styles.
- Choose a template, then click Edit under the Action tab.
- Select the Content tab.
- Select the Table section.
- Put a checkmark in the Rate column, then click Done.
If the steps above don't work, there's a possibility that the effective date isn't set up today. You can open the price rule and check the Start date and End date.
Then, make changes to it when needed to ensure the new price rule is applied to the invoice. Here's how:
- Go to Settings and then select All Lists.
- Select Price Rules.
- Find the price rule, then click Edit under Actions.
- Modify the Start date and End date.
- Click Update Rule.
- Click Save and close.
