Hi Matheew!
I'm glad you bought the bundled subscription.
The TurboTax in the bundle is only good for 1 filing. When you'll file next year, you'll be prompted to subscribe.

Hello, usermatthew-murphy79.
Welcome to the Community. Let's isolate this case by using a private browser or incognito. It could be due to the browser's full cache that causes QuickBooks to get this unusual behavior.
To start, log into your QuickBooks account using a private browser/incognito. Here's how:
If the private browsing session works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. You can also do this task on other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with clean trash.
I'll also share this article for future reference: How do I import QuickBooks data into TurboTax Business?
Our doors are always open here on the Community page, feel free to add a post/comment if you have any other QuickBooks concerns. I'll be always here to help you!
I tried this, in private mode, things look okay, when i sign into quickbooks it shows that i have self employed, when i try to do turbotax it sends me to premier and is trying to get me to pay 90 for turbotax self-employed.I tried clearning cache and that did not seem to help either. Using Macbook Pro, (brand new) also attempted firefox and safari.
Hi there, @usermatthew-murphy79.
Intuit Account Manager saves the products and services that you have subscribed to as what you have seen with your snippet.
While TurboTax is a standalone product/service. For that reason, you won't see QuickBooks Self-Employed product to it which is also a standalone product/service of Intuit.
Your Intuit Account Manager serves as your all in one account data holder. From there, you can use this to recover your user ID or reset your password and update your email and security settings.
If you're having an inconvenient time whether you're subscription has ended or not, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed support to verify your account status.
Here's how:
You can also use your iOS device to connect with one of our live support. Please check out this article for additional details: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
When it's time to file your taxes promptly and prevent data entry errors. You can review how to send your tax information to your TurboTax Self-Employed.
Let me know if you have other concerns with managing Intuit accounts. The Community is always here to help. Take care!
So I found out where I was confused. The charges add up in the beginning and as you use the app online it progresses through basic, premier to self employed. I saw the charges out until at the very end it shows you the discount. This wasn’t explained very well so I got lost and it took so much out of a good program and added unnecessary anxiety
