(i have already reboot my computer and tried different browser just in case).

Thanks so much - - after i posted, they came back with an error message about 20 minutes later. guess I was one of the unlucky ones to 'discover' that they were down before they did....
Yes.
After spending an hour on the phone (mostly asking the service representative to repeat what he just mumbled) we finally came to the conclusion that it was broken.
Giant waste of time.
Resolved - We are pleased to share that a fix has been implemented and you should now be able to access QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Online Accountant. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

Our Product Engineers have received reports from other users about the exact error. As of now, there's no specific timeframe for the complete resolution.
Rest assured, the engineers are doing their best to fix the issue as quickly as possible and prevent this from happening again. I also encourage contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can add you to our list of affected users.

I am having the same problem with the same error message: We couldn't find a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Accountant account for this email address.

I've gone through this process at least ten times since last week, and just now and still not working. I was able to log into my Intuit account without any issues. However, when I attempt to access my Quickbooks Online Accountant account, I'm met with an image of a man working, along with this message: "Thank you for your patience. We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly," accompanied by a green "Back to Sign In" button.
You provided a link for assistance, and the initial step is to "Sign In," which is the very step I'm struggling with. I've already exhausted all the solutions I found on your blogs.
This is a new account created through an invitation link, and I urgently need access to Quickbooks United States interface, despite my location outside the country.
The account was previously verified, with the assistance of a technical service agent I managed to log in ones but I could only access it for about two minutes, and I don't have the account ID. I've tried different browsers, incognito mode, cache clearing, and contacted support, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution.
