Quickbooks online not working???

Hello, i can't seem to access the accounts online - - site comes up, lets me login - - i can drop down to select client but then it goes to error page stating 'Sorry, there was a problem' - - anyone having this issue? what to do? (i have already reboot my computer and tried different browser just in case).

Thanks so much - - after i posted, they came back with an error message about 20 minutes later. guess I was one of the unlucky ones to 'discover' that they were down before they did....

Yes.

After spending an hour on the phone (mostly asking the service representative to repeat what he just mumbled) we finally came to the conclusion that it was broken.

Giant waste of time.

Resolved - We are pleased to share that a fix has been implemented and you should now be able to access QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Online Accountant. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

Multiple browsers, incognito browser, cleared cache.

 

Same message....

Thank you for letting us know about the error message you're getting when signing in to your account. Let me share some updates about this unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Online.

 

Our Product Engineers have received reports from other users about the exact error. As of now, there's no specific timeframe for the complete resolution.

 

Rest assured, the engineers are doing their best to fix the issue as quickly as possible and prevent this from happening again. I also encourage contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can add you to our list of affected users.

 

This way, we can notify you with live email updates about the issue. Our support for Plus, Essentials, Simple Start is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday). For Advanced, any time, any day.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help tab in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Click Get help from a human.
  4. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.

Again, if I can't sign in, I can't access the help section.

I'm here to share some information on how to access the help section if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks account.

 

In the meantime, while we are still working on your concern, you can use our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Test Drive (sample company) to access the Help option. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to: https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive.
  2. On the sample company, click the Help (question mark) option at the upper right.
  3. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with.
  4. Tick Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us.

I am having the same problem with the same error message:  We couldn't find a QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Accountant account for this email address.

 

When is this going to be fixed!!!!!   It has been broken for weeks!!!!!!

I understand how hard it must be for you, Valeria. I appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns about the error message when signing into QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

I've checked and there's no known issue with the error mentioned. If you're having trouble signing in, I can help you recover your Intuit account.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to our sign-in help page.
  2. Enter your email or user ID.
  3. Click Continue and choose how you want to verify your identity.
  4. Enter the Verification Code you receive from your email.
  5. Click Continue, and you may now be able to reset your password.

 

You can refer to this article to access additional sign-in tips and troubleshooting steps: Recover your Intuit Account if you can't sign in. 

 

If the issue persists after trying all the troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team again. They have the tools to securely look and investigate why you keep having this issue in your account.

I've gone through this process at least ten times since last week, and just now and still not working. I was able to log into my Intuit account without any issues. However, when I attempt to access my Quickbooks Online Accountant account, I'm met with an image of a man working, along with this message: "Thank you for your patience. We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly," accompanied by a green "Back to Sign In" button.

You provided a link for assistance, and the initial step is to "Sign In," which is the very step I'm struggling with. I've already exhausted all the solutions I found on your blogs.

This is a new account created through an invitation link, and I urgently need access to Quickbooks United States interface, despite my location outside the country.

The account was previously verified, with the assistance of a technical service agent I managed to log in ones but I could only access it for about two minutes, and I don't have the account ID. I've tried different browsers, incognito mode, cache clearing, and contacted support, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution.
