Buy nowQuickbooks / Intuit turned on my paypal option for my clients and started charging me 2.9% for payments without my consent or knowledge. I've spent over 5 hours on the phone with them trying to get the to refund the money to me and all I have gotten is flat-out lies that they were going to credit my account, to they've put a ticket in to request a refund, to they refuse to refund my money. Has anyone else had this terrible customer service?
My clients pay through ACH which is how I originally set it up and how I want it. QB added PayPal and Venmo payments without telling me and took money from my bank account for processing fees. I've already called and talked to numerous agents who are just lying to me to placate me. I want a refund of the fees QB took from my account.
Hi VEJ72,
I can feel your pain. I recently had a similar experience with my service provider, where a particular feature was accidentally activated without my knowledge and bloated my bill.
I'll let you contact our QBO Support team again since we can't check account details from here. I understand that you called. However, only they have the tools to process refund requests and review your transactions. You can contact them tomorrow from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
If there's anything that I can help aside from reviewing your billing details, just reply to this thread.
Neither I nor my bookkeeper authorized PayPal on QB and I was charged $148+ for payment of a large invoice. I want the funds reimbursed to my bank.
My email is tcabusinessagent @gmail.com. Please write me directly with an explanation. Judging by the other posts, this is not a unique complaint.
Thank you for your help resolving this issue.
@denaandre If you had read any part of the above thread, you would clearly see that no one here can, nor will help you. you HAVE to contact Intuit/ QB yourself, not through this or any other thread. No one here has access to your account, and you don't want them to.
Contact QB the proper way to get the help you're requesting.
I got payment notice for $1400 and it should be for only one person to use desk top computer. It should be $399.
