Hi,
I can only find how to send an invoice for a customer to pay online themselves for PC. Could you please explain how I can send an invoice for a customer to pay online themselves in Quickbooks Desktop for Mac?
Hello there, Express192.
Letting your customers pay their invoices online is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. I'll personally send this feature request to our developers.
What you can do is create an invoice directly from your QuickBooks Payments account. Then, let your customer pay them using bank transfer or credit cards.
Once paid, you're good to record their payments. You can check this article as your reference: Record Merchant Service Deposits. Select the Record deposits and fees manually drop-down. Then, go to the QuickBooks for Mac section.
Feel free to reach out to me if you face challenges while recording their payments. I'm here to help you.
Okay, thank you! That's what we have been doing. I've had requests, so just trying to make is more convenient for the customer and myself. Thanks
Thanks for getting back to us, Express192.

QuickBooks 18.0.9.3424 R10 is currently the newest version available and this is the version I currently have, can my clients pay their bill directly from their invoice using this version? If not, can I update to the 2020 version without buying a new program?
I have some information to share with you on how your clients pay their bills using your QuickBooks version, @Errless.

Here’s how:
Please take note that before you can send an invoice, you need to connect to your email provider in QuickBooks.
