I noticed today that for the last few weeks, the employee wages are not going into the project profitability reports. Has anyone else had this happen?
I want to ensure employee wages are shown in the report, Michelle.
First, we should ensure that employee wages are correctly associated with the appropriate project. Following that, let's log into your account using a private browsing window. This way, we can determine whether this is a browser cache-related issue. The cache helps web pages to load quickly. However, excessive of it can lead to problems that impact the system's performance.
Occasionally, the presence of locally stored internet cache files on your system can lead to unexpected issues with the product. It might be the root cause of your inability to view the wages when generating the report.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
If the wages show, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. Using other supported browsers also helps us verify if this is a browser-specific issue.

Thanks for your response. I have already tried a different brower and incognito. Also, it has been working correctly up until the end of August. Any other suggestions?
Thank you!

Yes my employees are clocking in correctly, as they always have.
Maybe I will try a phone call. Yesterday I tried to chat. Had to repeat myself to four different people and the last one just left the chat after a few minutes. Wasted 2 hours of my time.
Thanks for trying to help!
Yes, I am only getting the past two months of wages. Employees are paid an annual salary semi-monthly but enter timesheets that do not trigger payroll. Hourly Costs are reported based on a rate set up for each employee and are shown in the Project Overview. Running a project profitability report offers the option of 'Hourly Costs' but only payroll costs are shown and those for only the past two months , not the life of the project. Intuit support does not have an answer for this.\.
