I have two branches how do I recognize their sales and individual expenses separately . the join them at the end ?

As mentioned by my colleague above, the default language used by the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is set to English. The system doesn't read Arabic names and descriptions.

 

I'll pass along your suggestion to our Product Developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBDT. In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. Additionally, the 2012 version of QBDT is already unsupported. This means the software can no longer receive critical security updates, and access to add-on services was already stopped. I have found out a copy of QB enterprise 2011 can read Arabic for 20 users at Alnada Company.

I would appreciate your assistance regarding the following:

1- could you confirm if this an official retailer or distributor of your product or no if yes.

2- we want to be sure if this old copy is reliable or not.

  2. In the Have a Question? window, enter a topic.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Hit the Stat Messaging button.

We don't have a partner or reseller of QuickBooks Desktop in Egypt. It is only available in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the United States. However, we have QuickBooks Online that is available in the Egypt country.

I see that you've posted the same concern twice in this thread. I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team to confirm if Alnada Company is our official distributor in the Middle East or Egypt. They can also verify if the old copy of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Enterprise 2011 is reliable or not. You can refer to the steps provided by Joesem M above.
