As mentioned by my colleague above, the default language used by the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is set to English. The system doesn't read Arabic names and descriptions.
I'll pass along your suggestion to our Product Developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QBDT. In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. Additionally, the 2012 version of QBDT is already unsupported. This means the software can no longer receive critical security updates, and access to add-on services was already stopped. I have found out a copy of QB enterprise 2011 can read Arabic for 20 users at Alnada Company.
I would appreciate your assistance regarding the following:
1- could you confirm if this an official retailer or distributor of your product or no if yes.
2- we want to be sure if this old copy is reliable or not.

We don't have a partner or reseller of QuickBooks Desktop in Egypt. It is only available in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the United States. However, we have QuickBooks Online that is available in the Egypt country.
