Just tried this and it did not fix the problem

It's important we're able to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If you haven't updated your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release, let's do that to install the updates with the appropriate critical fixes.
Once done, close and reopen QuickBooks Desktop. Click Yes to install the updates, then restart your computer. I've got this article for reference: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
If you're still unable to print after the steps above, the best thing to do here is to contact our Customer Care Team. They can review your 1099 setup and help you fix any issues, so you can print the form.

Does anyone read my comments or problems. You all keep giving me the exact same answer when I keep saying that I have done the updates. Exactly as you are telling me . I have done it 5 times. IT IS NOT SOVLING THE ISSUE
I followed the suggested steps and they worked like a charm. Thanks for the help. I was in full panic mode.
I still can not print them. I have 2 clients that I go to their offices and can print there.

The troubleshooting you've mentioned were the basic steps to fix 1099 alignment concerns. Since the issue persists despite trying them all out, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Care Team. They can further investigate this so you're able to print 3 pages of 1099 NEC.

I just bought QB premiere desktop 2022 in December just installed it. Can't print the 3 per page 1099 NEC forms it just wants to print 2 per page. I have read this entire thread and done *EVERYTHING* it says to do including all updates critical fixes and completely uninstall of all QuickBooks on this PC and reinstall of QB2022 with all updates and patches. Still only prints out 2 per page what am i missing?
This does not work the resulting pop up screen does not have another contact us link nor can I find any place where it says phone number or we will call you.

You can find the Contact us link by going to Help > QuickBooks Desktop Help > Have a Question?. Here's a sample screenshot for a visual reference:
Once you are in the Contact Us page, please make sure to click on Search for something else and type your question. Then, you'll see the options to Get Phone Number or Start a Message options under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert about. I've got this sample screenshot for reference:
