2. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
3. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
4. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
5. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

You HAVE to contact support, yourself.  No one here has or can access your account.  

REQUEST A CALLBACK

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.

The VERY WORST part of Intuit is how difficult it is to get customer support, and this "forum" is just one more aspect of the company endlessly shunting users from one "help" question to another.  The ONLY way to get in person help is to call sales, which unsurprisingly, is actually staffed 24/7.  So I have a very expensive online/payroll program and need to update the credit card payment information, but my name is misspelled as Catherine Jennings, vs. the real name Katherine Jennings, and it tells me to have the "owner" (ME!) login, which isn't possible.  Also the name of one business is also misspelled Groton Sailing, instead of the real name Croton Sailing, and both of these are likely to the proliferation of non-English speakers manning the help desk.  Very, very frustrating experience.

We strive to provide excellent customer service and deliver customer satisfaction at all time. That said, may I know if your issue with updating your credit card was resolved? Or is your name and business name already corrected? If not, I'm here to address them all.

You can go to the Account and Settings section to update the business name. I'll show you how below:p

1. Click the Gear icon and look for Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Company tab and click the Pencil icon beside Company name.
3. Enter the correct business name that will be shown on sales forms and purchase orders.
4. Click Save. 

For you misspelled name, please contact our QuickBooks Care Team. I understand you've already contacted us about this. Since, the nature of this includes personal information, it would be best to work on this in a secure environment. They can help correct the name so you're able to update your payment information successfully. You can follow steps provided by the previous agents on how to reach us.

Here's the complete process:

For QuickBooks Online: 

Old Help menu interface:

1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
2. Choose the Contact Us button.
3. Type your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
5. Select the Start messaging option.

New Help menu:

1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
2. Type Talk to a human.
3. Enter your issue or question on the What can we help you with box.
4. Choose I still need a human.
5. Select the Start messaging option.

For QuickBooks Desktop:

1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. In the Have a Question window, scroll down to click the Contact us link.
3. This will display the Contact Us screen.
4. Go to the Tell us more about your question section to enter the issue or topic in the field box.
5. Click the Search button to display the Start a Message button.

I am unable to get into my account. Is there and outage? I have tried two different devices, cleared cookies with the same result
