The VERY WORST part of Intuit is how difficult it is to get customer support, and this "forum" is just one more aspect of the company endlessly shunting users from one "help" question to another. The ONLY way to get in person help is to call sales, which unsurprisingly, is actually staffed 24/7. So I have a very expensive online/payroll program and need to update the credit card payment information, but my name is misspelled as Catherine Jennings, vs. the real name Katherine Jennings, and it tells me to have the "owner" (ME!) login, which isn't possible. Also the name of one business is also misspelled Groton Sailing, instead of the real name Croton Sailing, and both of these are likely to the proliferation of non-English speakers manning the help desk. Very, very frustrating experience.

You can go to the Account and Settings section to update the business name. I'll show you how below:p
For you misspelled name, please contact our QuickBooks Care Team. I understand you've already contacted us about this. Since, the nature of this includes personal information, it would be best to work on this in a secure environment. They can help correct the name so you're able to update your payment information successfully. You can follow steps provided by the previous agents on how to reach us.
