I spent over an hour both online and on the telephone and still have no answer for my question. I opened the QB checking to simplify my process…. I was wrong!
Is anyone there able to tell me how I can be “eligible “ to deposit a check into my QB account?
Hello, @thewickedarticho.
I understand how important it is for you to be eligible to deposit a check into my QuickBooks account.
Please note that mobile check deposits aren't available to all customers. If you're eligible, you'll see the option to Deposit checks when you click on Get Money. In your case, if you did not see the option given, I suggest you reach out to QuickBooks payment support for a request for eligibility.
Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you find out how long it takes to get payments you process in each product: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

I have the same issue, and QB support has been useless in helping resolve the issue. The agent I just talked to said I was not eligible, even though they don't even know what the eligibility requirements are. Very frustrating! I have actively used the account for 6 months waiting on this feature. When I called about the issue 3 months ago, the customer service agent had told me that the account would need to be active and in good standing for 3-6 months to be eligible. Here we are 6 months later and still no mobile check deposit feature. This is truly ridiculous.
