It keeps asking me to refresh my screen but it won't refresh what do I do
Hi LKeith3952,
You can use another supported browser such as Chrome or Firefox so you can view your paychecks.
If it still asks to refresh the page, please clear the browser's historical data. Unresponsive behavior when accessing Workforce can be a browser-related issue.
Then, please follow the steps provided in the answer above. Let us know if you have any questions. We are here to help.
How to i get to my account it, keeps taking to this screen that says not able to view paystubs??
I'll help you get to your Workforce account, Drmoore879.
Please make sure you've received the invitation from your employer. This invite is valid for 30 days. If you have it, open the email, then click the Get access for paychecks link. From there, you can create your account, or sign in using an existing one.
If you're still unable to access your account, please follow GarlynGay's steps on how to clear the historical data. Unexpected program behavior can be caused by too much cache.
You can keep us updated after trying those steps. We'll be along straightaway to help you out.

Hi Dia1,
Let's try clearing your browser's cache to see if it's a browser-related issue. Let me guide you through so you can access your paystubs online.
You can refer to this article for the steps depending on your browser: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

What if I don't remember the amount of my last paycheck
Thank you for taking the time posting here in the Community, @Zamudiocynthia.
I've got some instructions to share on what you're going to do if you've forgotten your last paycheck amount.
If you're referring to the paycheck amount which is required upon signing up for the Workforce to view your paycheck, you may reach out to your employer. They are the best resource for such inquiries as they have the records of your payroll transactions.
On the other hand, if you're the employer and is not the admin of the account, you can ask the payroll information to the admin or anyone who processes the payroll.
This will get you pointed in the right direction.
I'm still here to help you should you have any other questions about this concern. Just leave a reply below and we'll take it from there. Have a good one!
I haven't got an invite to activate my paychek through J-Six Enterprises
My email is [email address removed]
Welcome aboard to QuickBooks Community, @Jb1968.
The Admin or the payroll processor can send the invite for you to access the paychecks online. I recommend reaching out to your employer and ask them to resend the invitation.
Once received, open the email and click the Get access for paychecks link to accept it. Create an Intuit account, or sign in using existing credentials. For more details, take a look at this article: QuickBooks Workforce: Access your paychecks and W-2's online.
I want to know how this goes, so please leave an update in the comment section below. I'm here if you need anything else. Have a great day!

Payroll support said that they don't know when it will be fixed and that I should just ask my employer for my paychecks. It seems ridiculous that intuit is not able to fix there own website.
Hi In_tu_it_is_terrible,
I know how you want to view your paycheck's information. Currently, we're unable to give you a specific timeline on when this will be fixed. Please know that our dedicated team is working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, the only way to view the information is to ask a copy from your employer.
I have this article in case you have other questions about payroll:

Every time I log into my account I get the message "We weren't able to show your payroll info Refreshing your screen often fixes the problem."
Refreshing the page does nothing. This message continues to load on the page
Thank you for getting in touch with us here in the Community, Copper Heart.
We're getting reports from other affected users about the error message when logging into the Workforce website. Our product engineers are already aware of the issue and are working for a fix as quickly as possible.
While they are still working on the open investigation (INV-27926), I recommend contacting our Workforce Support Specialists. One of them will need to check the account affected and further review the cause of the error on your end.

Intuit nor the employer has fixed the problem of accessing our paychecks since June 2019, this is now November.
The Intuit page doesn't work, it says "We weren't able to show your payroll info., refreshing the screen often fixes the problem". I am not the only employee, a lot of us cannot see the checks at all.
It is not the employers problem, they have done everything possible, I can logon and click to view my check and that is what I have been getting since we went from ADP over to Intuit.
Intuit needs to fix the glitch because this is a hassle emailing payroll weekly to get them to email a copy of our pay check. Does not make sense Intuit does not fix the problem.
Thanks for joining this conversation, @unable to get paycheck.
I appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns here. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. An open ticket was already created and forwarded to our Product Engineers. They are currently working to fix this issue as soon as possible.
If your employer was already added to our list of affected users, an email notification will be sent to them once this has been resolved. I'll also inform you here when we get the update as well.
Reach out to me if you have any other issues or concerns. I'm always here to help.
