Accessing your paychecks online is easy and hassle-free. I'll be happy to share a few insights and help you from there.
First off, you can let your employer invite you to access your paychecks online. You can share this article with your employer so he/she will be guided oh how to do the tasks: Invite Employees to View Paychecks and W-2’s Online.
Once the invitation has been sent, you can click the Get access for paychecks hyperlink seen on your email to successfully create your account for access to your paychecks online.

You can always view, download, or print your paychecks by signing in to QuickBooks Workforce. As long as you've already accepted the invite that was sent by your employer, you can create an Intuit account and get access for paychecks.
Once you've signed in to QuickBooks Workforce, go to Paychecks. Then, view, download, or print your latest paycheck or past paychecks.

Look been trying to get and check my pay check

We've received several reports from other users like you who are unable to view your pay stubs online. Thus said, may I know if you've received any of those error messages? Any information you can share will be appreciated.
This way, I can look for the specific reported issue so that you'll be added to the list of affected users. In the meantime, you can manually ask a copy of your pay stubs directly from your employer to be sent via email.

Our engineers have been alerted about the issue (27926) of missing in the employer's or employee's QuickBooks Workforce account. They're working with the utmost urgency to come up for a permanent fix.

I signed in to the intuit account but it did not ask for ss number or last check and screen just says could not show my check. Not sure how to enter the ss bumber or where to do it. Thanks for your help

Allow me to step in and share information about the view my paycheck feature in QuickBooks Online.
We have an ongoing issue about the QuickBooks Workforce message saying "We Weren't Able to Show Your Payroll Info". Our engineers are closely working on to come up with a permanent fix.
While there's no workaround yet, I'd suggest calling our Customer Care Team. I suggest giving us a quick call so we can add your company information to the list of affected users. This way, updates will be sent to you via email regarding the progress of the investigation.

hello i am trying to set up my new account to view my pay check, I have had several other accounts thru other employers that are no longer active. I set up a new email but It wont allow me to view my pay stub. I'm trying get back to the place where I enter my ss# ,but I cant find it , getting very frustrated.

If you're the employer, you'll need to set up for QuickBooks Workforce for the paycheck information to automatically upload to Intuit's servers. To do so, you can follow the steps below:
After which, the invitation will be emailed to your employee.

You'll need to have a QuickBooks Payroll Service so you can send your paystubs to QuickBooks Workforce. Then, invite your employees to sign up to QuickBooks Workforce. I'll guide you through how to get around this.
First, sign in to https://workforce.intuit.com using your QuickBooks Online login credentials.
Then, invite your employees to view their paychecks and W-s's online. Here's how:
