My payroll is working fine is the direct deposit I never received the two smaill deduction in the bank

Please know that it will take two to three business days to confirm and activate your bank account. Within these days, you will see two small amounts debited from your bank and will receive an email to confirm your direct deposit status.

I am missing a deposit of $800.00 was made on 10/04/20 and another deposit was $1820.00 made on 10/08/2020. I need you to release my payments.

Let me step in and assist you with your concern about your customer's payment.
If this is your first time taking customer payments with QuickBooks, the first deposit usually takes a little longer to establish the merchant account. It may take 5 business days to receive your first deposit after you take your first successful payment. Then, all deposits after that should process on your regular deposit schedule.
You can also connect with our payment support from time to time. This way, they will give you accurate information about the transaction status and the process itself.

I have set up direct deposit on quickbooks to verify my account. It's been more than 3 business days and the amount is in pending state with my bank statement. Let me know if I should wait until amount is reflected in the bank statement to verify the amount or is there an alternative to verify the test transaction. Employee has been waiting for a long time to get his payments. Can help on this is highly appreciated
