Paystubs in Workforce

Thanks for your answer.  But this is not what I am asking.  I am asking "can i change the day when the paystubs show up in Workforce from the day of submission to the actual pay date".  I guess that the answer is NO.

Yes, you're right. Currently, there's no option to manually set or adjust the date when pay stubs become available in the program. QuickBooks Workforce is designed to automatically generate and make pay stubs accessible to employees immediately after processing payroll.

Additionally, you may want to print your pay stubs in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll to save them for recordkeeping.

How do you i find my paystubs?

Once your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you've set up your account, you can view paystubs while signed in.

Here's how to view or download pay stubs with the QuickBooks Workforce mobile app:
 

1. Go to Money.
2. To view or download your current paystub, tap View details from Latest Paycheck, then Download.
3. To view other paystubs, hit View from the All Paychecks screen.

You can also sign in to QuickBooks Workforce using a web browser, then go to Paychecks and view multiple paystubs. If you haven't set up your Workforce account yet, be sure to create one.
