Paystubs in Workforce

Good morning, dd559.

Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I'm happy to provide some info about paystub appearance in QuickBooks Workforce.

Are you referring to the paystubs that show in the app, on the website, or both. This link walks you through how to view your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

The paystubs are supposed to show both the pay date and the pay period. The following YouTube video breaks down all of the paystub info that's included (starting at 1:50): How to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs and W2s.

I hope this info helps but please don't hesitate to reach back out if you need an extra hand. The Community always has your back.

Thanks for your answer.  But this is not what I am asking.  I am asking "can i change the day when the paystubs show up in Workforce from the day of submission to the actual pay date".  I guess that the answer is NO.

Let's dive into the details of changing the date when paystubs will be available in QuickBooks Workforce, @dd559.

Yes, you're right. Currently, there's no option to manually set or adjust the date when pay stubs become available in the program. QuickBooks Workforce is designed to automatically generate and make pay stubs accessible to employees immediately after processing payroll.

Additionally, you may want to print your pay stubs in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll to save them for recordkeeping.
