Update your profile picture in QuickBooks Workforce

Learn how to add, change, or remove your profile picture in QuickBooks Workforce.

You can update your profile picture in QuickBooks Workforce web or app anytime.

Add your profile picture

  • Save a picture on your computer as a .jpg, .png, or .gif file.

  • In QuickBooks Workforce, select Profile.

  • From your profile, select ✎ Edit, then Select file.

  • Find the picture you saved, and select Open.

  • Adjust your photo, then select Save.

  • In your QuickBooks Workforce app, tap the profile icon.

  • Tap the camera icon, then take a picture or choose a photo from your gallery.

Change your profile picture

  • Save a picture on your computer as a .jpg, .png, or .gif file.

  • In QuickBooks Workforce, select Profile.

  • From your profile, select ✎ Edit, then Select new picture.

  • Select file, then find the picture you saved, and select Open.

  • Adjust your photo, then select Save.

  • In your QuickBooks Workforce app, go to your profile.

  • Tap your profile picture, then tap Take a photo.

  • Take a picture or choose a photo from your gallery.

Remove your profile picture

  • In QuickBooks Workforce, select your profile picture.

  • Select your profile picture again.

  • Select Remove photo.

  • In the QuickBooks Workforce app, go to your profile picture.

  • Tap your profile picture.

  • Tap Remove photo.
