This issue has NEVER been solved my QB. I have no clue what QB is doing. Mine is working ok now, but for some reason my colleagues had issues.
I had to reinstall 24 and it didn't work. So I did a trick by installing 21 and also 24 and then some how it worked. QB won't fix this issue and I can see many of us still STRUGGLING with it.
Our company had the exact same experience - forced to upgrade from Enterprise 21 to 24. We always resisted going up more than one version for this VERY REASON. We are not your test market! guinea pigs!! We are in business and rely on purchased software to run our business. Don't mind paying dearly, but come on, your upgrades are killing us!!!
I had a QB tech tell me to leave 21 installed because they knew they had issues. Then when another one was working on a separate issue with 24, they instructed me to delete it as that was not true. Guess what, Shipping Manager broke.
I'm guessing you cant get TII tech to reach out to fix this. Hello?

I am getting this message when I try the 4th step. The module "c\Program files (x86)\Common Files\Intuit\Shipping Manager\ZRush_ShipRush9_QB.ocx" failed to load.
I am getting this message when I try to ship anything Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device? Of course I push yes then the message keeps popping up until QBDT tells me I have to reboot,
I have called Intuit, and Ship Rush and they both blame each other. I have even reload QBDT a couple of times.
