I have tried unsuccessfully 3 times to upgrade my Quickbooks Pro 2019 to Desktop Pro Plus 2022. The setup starts and then gets partially through and just stops. It says "installing Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies" for hours and never moves past that. I end up removing the disc and trying again. I have done this 3 times now and most recently, left it for about 5 hours and came back to the same screen. How do I get this to install? I am on Windows 10 on my desktop.

Are you still able to run QBD 2019 on your machine without any issue?
Hi there! Thank you for your response. However, I tried to download my version of Quickbooks and it was unsuccessful. I purchased the download disc from Office Depot, so it is not registered under my email and the download manager only shows the previous versions I already use because it is tied to my email address. When I attempted to put the license number in, it said no product was found for my email address.
I am able to use QB 2019 without any issues. However, support is being terminated in May and I have to upgrade

Hey there, @jayendra01.
Great job in installing your QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2022 version! One more step and you're ready to continue running your business.
When upgrading to a newer desktop version, you also need to upgrade your company files. To do that, prep your company file beforehand by following these steps:
Once done, convert your file in your newer version. Keep in mind that you won't be able to open the file in your QuickBooks 2019 after the upgrade.
That's it! After that, make sure to update QuickBooks so you have the latest software release. You'll also want to check out this article to learn how you can use the features included in the 2022 version to benefit your business: What’s new in QuickBooks Desktop 2022.
I hope that I have been of some assistance to you. Let me know if you need help with anything else. The Community will always have your back, @jayendra01!
