Thank you for responding Glinette. Apologies,I am just confused. Do you mean they are within my Quickbooks desktop accountant program and I would access them through the program through Accountant Tools?

Also, for Proadvisor specifically, what features are available to me from the PAP software bundle that arent available to me through the free Proadvisor program through my Online Accountant account?

I have tried logging in to my Proadvisor feature within my Quickbooks Desktop Accountant program. I log in with my credentials and it says launching application and when it finishes loading all I have is a blank white screen so I am not sure what is going on.

Please advise and thank you so much.

Once you create a QuickBooks Online Accountant login, you'll be automatically enrolled under the firm’s ProAdvisor Program account. To access this, sign in to your QBOA account and select the ProAdvisor tab on the left-hand side.

Then, the following are the features included on the ProAdvisor Premier Software Bundle:

• QuickBooks Desktop training and certifications
• QuickBooks Accountant Desktop Plus

For your third concern, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to open your QuickBooks Desktop Accountant software. Refer to these steps:

1. Close QuickBooks and download the QuickBooks Tool Hub. 
2. Open the file you downloaded QuickBooksToolHub.exe.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Once finished, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
5. Choose the Program Problems tab. 
6. When done, open Quickbooks Desktop Accountant again.

Let’s go to the Start training today section of this link. Then choose which one you want to perform first. For example, Self-paced training or Start your exam.

If you’re currently QuickBooks Desktop Advanced Certified, your Advanced Certification status will be extended for three years, beginning on January 1, 2019. That makes the Advanced Certification status active until January 1, 2022.

Just to clarify, the certification links direct you to the QuickBooks Online Accountant page (where all Online modules are listed). We recently revamped our ProAdvisor certification for the Desktop versions. 

For QuickBooks Desktop training materials and certifications, you'll want to contact our ProAdvisor support. I'd be glad to share the steps with you on how to reach them so you can start your training right away.

Alternatively, you can contact them through the QuickBooks Desktop program: 

1. Click the Help menu, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help. 
2. On the new pop-up window, click the Contact us link.
3. This will open a new web page. Select a topic or type "I need the QuickBooks Desktop certification modules" in the box.
4. Click Search. 
5. Select Start a message or Get a callback (whichever is available).

Can someone explain to me what I get for the $499.00 charge other than training?  I have a PAP Premier Software Bundle fee and I have no idea what exactly I am buying any more.

So the PAP Premier Software Bundle is the charge to have QuickBooks Desktop software and the separate charge for Payroll is the payroll portion?

With my PAP, can I purchase QB desktop software for a client?  Specifially, I have a nonprofit who wants to upgrade to the 2022 nonprofit Quickbooks desktop for PC and he can't find a place online that doesn't want to sell him a three year contract, he just wants the 2022.  It's a small nonprofit and they can't afford the bundle.

Is that something I can offer my client ?
