I purchased the Quickbooks Desktop Accountant 2021 and Proadvisor bundle which includes the PAP Premier Software Bundle. I have a QB online account for the free Proadvisor program.
My question is how do I get gain access to the PAP Premier Software Bundle features - I am under the impression that there are some Proadvisor features with the PAP Premier Software Bundle.

I'm here to share some information about the PAP Software Bundle features. As for the PAP software bundle the new features are included in the 2021 wherein you can also access the Accountant tools. Please log in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant to access the PAP free program.

Thank you for responding Glinette. Apologies,I am just confused. Do you mean they are within my Quickbooks desktop accountant program and I would access them through the program through Accountant Tools?
Also, for Proadvisor specifically, what features are available to me from the PAP software bundle that arent available to me through the free Proadvisor program through my Online Accountant account?
I have tried logging in to my Proadvisor feature within my Quickbooks Desktop Accountant program. I log in with my credentials and it says launching application and when it finishes loading all I have is a blank white screen so I am not sure what is going on.

Once you create a QuickBooks Online Accountant login, you'll be automatically enrolled under the firm’s ProAdvisor Program account. To access this, sign in to your QBOA account and select the ProAdvisor tab on the left-hand side.

Let’s go to the Start training today section of this link. Then choose which one you want to perform first. For example, Self-paced training or Start your exam.
If you’re currently QuickBooks Desktop Advanced Certified, your Advanced Certification status will be extended for three years, beginning on January 1, 2019. That makes the Advanced Certification status active until January 1, 2022.

So the PAP Premier Software Bundle is the charge to have QuickBooks Desktop software and the separate charge for Payroll is the payroll portion?
With my PAP, can I purchase QB desktop software for a client? Specifially, I have a nonprofit who wants to upgrade to the 2022 nonprofit Quickbooks desktop for PC and he can't find a place online that doesn't want to sell him a three year contract, he just wants the 2022. It's a small nonprofit and they can't afford the bundle.
Is that something I can offer my client ?
