As I know, CAMPS is not available for UK version and UK Support won't bother offering any help with QB Desktop. Your last resort is to purchase a third-party service to reset your password. Contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for assistance.
I have my licence code but the form on line I have to complete asks for a zip code - which i do not have.

UK cannot help - they have advised speaking to Security in the USA - my data is on this package/program - 10years of data, I cannot upload it to the new online I had to purchase on Tuesday, so I now have a new online QB with no data!! Crazy!
