QBO Pro Advisor Merchandise

Under my QBO Pro Advisor Account I remember there was a section where we could purchase QBO shirts, notebooks, hats etc.  Where did it go?

Turns out the Pro Advisor Merchandise shop IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

 

It wasn't just me.

Thanks for posting again here. Allow me to assist you in accessing and purchasing QuickBooks merchandise.


One of the benefits of the ProAdvisor Program is the Merchandise Store. However, please note that you must be Gold tier or higher to have access to this. You can simply go to the Benefits tab from the ProAdvisor menu, then Marketing tools.


You'll want to use an incognito window and check the store from there if you're in the Gold tier or higher but have no access to it. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error. 


These are some of the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P


Also, you'll want to clear the cache and make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can fix any browser-related issues.

So I am a Platinum member...and I have to do Incognito windows to access the benefits of my Tier?  Please explain...Why can't my Accountant login find this secret place?

I can see the importance of you being able to access the QuickBooks Pro Advisor Merchandise, @KariBeebe.

 

As mentioned by my colleague AlexV, you must be a Gold tier or higher to access this benefit. In your case, since your level of status is Platinum, this is the reason why you're unable to see it.

I am GOLD TIER OR HIGHER this screen shot shows my status as platinum being higher than Gold but not quite Elite

 

So please explain why it is not an option for me.

Since you're a Platinum tier, you must have access to the QuickBooks Merchandise store. That said, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team so we can investigate this issue further. 

 

You can reach them out through these steps:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon.
  2. Under the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
  3. You may enter I can't access the Merchandise store, though I'm a Platinum tier as your keywords.
  4. Click No.
  5. Select either Have us call you or Chat with us.Screenshot 01.jpg
